Srinagar, Feb 10 : Security forces recovered arms and ammunition during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Amrohi, Karnah area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, on Monday.

A senior police said that the Army and Police conducted the operation behind a food store building recovering arms and ammunition.

The recovery includes two AK-47 rifles, two AK magazines, and 12 rounds of ammunition, officer said.

Meanwhile, investigations have been taken up while further details are awaited. (Agencies)
