Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir is again in the news as Vivrant Sharma was sold to a whopping 2.6 crore in Indian Premier League 2023, making him 4th such JK player to make his entry in IPL.
As per Web Story Sports Correspondent, The Sunrisers Hyderabad picked the Jammu and Kashmir cricketer for the upcoming Indian Premier League 2023.
The IPL franchise Sunrisers picked the Jammu and Kashmir star cricketers third in a town.
Earlier they had picked Abdul Samad, Umran Malik to play for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Vivrant Sharma will represent this team in the upcoming 2023 IPL league.
Vivrant is a young all-rounder from the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
The 24-year-old is still a rookie in senior cricket and has played 2 first-class, 14 List A and 9 T20s for his state team.
Vivrant made his first-class debut just a week back in the Ranji Trophy game against Madhya Pradesh. His List A debut came against Saurashtra in 2021. Vivrant played his first T20 against Andhra Pradesh in 2021.
The left-handed batsman has 72 runs in 2 Ranji Trophy matches. He has 519 runs and 8 wickets in 14 50-over matches. In 9 T20s, he has 191 runs and 6 wickets.
