Srinagar: The Sopore-Dee Inns premium lounge is now home to Absar Dawood, 22, a young businessman from the Baramulla area of North Kashmir.
Absar is a member of the business dynasty. He oversaw the Dee Inns Premium Lounge restaurant when his father passed away. Since 1980, there has been a restaurant there.

When Absrar was in class 12th his father died due to covid.
“It was very difficult for me and I had no support system,” he said, talking to The Web Story.
He added, “I aimed for many things to do after my 12th class to go abroad to do an MBA but destiny has written something different for me.”
I faced many struggles in my life even though I was not aware of business. It was something new for me and I scale up everything after my father’s death.
Speaking on how the idea to start snooker occurred to him, he explained that there is no entertainment area in north Kashmir and that everyone is struggling, just like he was.

I discovered something new from three years ago where everyone likes and feels calm while having the issue.
This snooker establishment was founded primarily as a place where players could unwind and enjoy themselves. Snooker, in my opinion, is a game in which players engage their thoughts, and when we begin playing, our brains naturally begin to feel joyful.
There is no betting or smoking at my snooker spot during the royal game. Every player pays to participate in the game.
People as old as 60 gave me positive feedback. People that quit the game claimed I’m appreciated by everyone and you have a fresh idea. Children’s parents are bringing them and have asked me to train them.
Absar also manages his father’s Dee Inn’s Premium Lounge Eat and Play restaurant, where he incorporates Kashmiri culture and portrays it through the interior design. The restaurant is made from Kashmiri cultural treasures and has a distinctive design.
The restaurant features works of every form of Kashmiri art and is well known for its unique wazwan.
The absence of hitting and smoking in his game contributes to his snooker point’s originality. Everyone who wants to play must pay.
The message conveyed to the youth is that difficulty is a part of life and that if you experience it once, it will stay with you forever.
He continued, “Never compare your past to your present; instead, move forward and put your faith in Allah.
