Sopore, Dec 23 : The Sub-district hospital in Sopore of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, has recently introduced a remarkable initiative to digitize payment processes. Now, patients can conveniently book their OPD tickets from the comfort of their homes.
Block Medical Officer Sopore, Dr. Zulufkar Hussain, has informed The Web Story that patients now have the convenience of booking their OPD tickets from the comfort of their homes.
“We have recently implemented an online payment system at our institute,” he announced confidently. “This system will revolutionize the way our patients access healthcare services. Gone are the days of waiting in long queues or making a physical visit to the hospital for an OPD ticket. With this online platform, patients can now easily obtain their OPD ticket from the comfort of their own homes. It ultimately eliminates the need for unnecessary travel or enduring arduous waiting times. Our main focus has always been to enhance patient convenience and streamline their experience, and this online payment system is yet another step towards achieving that goal.” He added.
He announced that patients can now conveniently book their OPD tickets at SDH Sopore through their website or a dedicated mobile application. With a user-friendly interface, individuals can easily select their preferred date and time slot for their appointment with just a few clicks.
Talking to The Web Story a doctor at the hospital also speak about this achievement said this online payment system will not only benefit patients but will also streamlines the administrative processes at SDH Sopore.
He said It will minimize the chances of errors and will ensures transparent transactions, which will make it easier for the hospital to manage their records and generate reports.
