Sopore, 30 July: A young man died in a road mishap in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday afternoon.
Reports reaching The Web Story/The Varmul Post said that a bike rider identified as Manzoor Ahmad Lone, a resident of Goshbugh Pattan, was critically injured after he lost control of the vehicle at Nowpora Sopore.
Reports said that he was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, from where he was referred to SKIMS Soura, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
A police officer told The Web Story/The Varmul Post that a case has been registered in this regard.
Pertinently, four people, including three relatives, were killed in a blast in Sopore town on Monday. According to the police, the incident occurred when a scrap dealer was unloading material from a truck in the Sher Colony area of Sopore.
