LG Distributes Land Papers to Five Families in Bandipora

Bandipora, Oct 15 : The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha addressed the issue of homelessness by handing over land papers to five families in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
This initiative was carried out under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G), a government program aimed at providing affordable housing to rural beneficiaries without proper shelter.
The Lieutenant Governor distributed sanction letters to deserving individuals under various welfare schemes during the same event.
This demonstrates the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir administration to ensuring the well-being and upliftment of its citizens.
As part of his visit to the region, the Lieutenant Governor also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for several infrastructure projects in the north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
These projects, with a combined value of over Rs 73 crores, will contribute significantly to the development and progress of the area.
