What has changed? A significant change has been witnessed, thanks to the abrogation of Article 370. This change has made both men and machinery readily available for the public’s welfare, even in harsh weather conditions, especially during the winter months.
The latest development showcases a visible change in the northern region of Sopore, where the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shabir Ahmad Raina, emerged as a real hero for the people during the difficult weather conditions.
According to a special correspondent of The Web Story/The Varmul Post, ADC Sopore dedicated his day to ensuring the well-being of the people of Sopore. He diligently utilized men and machinery throughout the day, while also reaching out to those in need. This was particularly important as continuous snowfall and rain had paralyzed life in Kashmir on Monday.
The ADC personally inspected areas prone to water-logging, hospitals, and also visited the higher reaches of Sopore to ensure that the roads were cleared of the fresh snowfall.
This proactive approach aimed to prevent any suffering for the people.
Meanwhile, the public hailed the efforts and thanked Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore for being available to them. They commended his dedication in deploying men and machinery to work towards their welfare and well-being.
