Hajjin: The opening of “Sisters Beauty Parlour” by three female friends in the Naidkhai area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district has completely changed the earlier trend of local barbershops with posters of film stars and has become the talk of the district.

Bilquesa Majeed, Shaheena Nazir, and Fancy Akhter, have opened the first beauty parlour with the help of the Umeed Back scheme.

“We are very happy, and in every corner of the area, we are being praised,” the trio said in a chat with The Web Story.

They said it has been only half a month since we opened this parlour, but the way we are getting responses is really beyond words.

“We are very thankful to the district administration of Bandipora for providing us the opportunity to earn for our livelihood, besides generating employment,” they added.
