The good news is that a few places in Kashmir’s northern region have been doing their part and have become some of the least polluted cities in India.
Here is the list :
Sopore town figures at the top with AQI-US 19, followed by Baramulla at 29.
Handwara in North Kashmir is ranked seventh on the list, with AQI-US 33.
Rajouri and Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir’s union territory are also among the top ten.
