Ganderbal, June 27: Two women were killed in a road mishap in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday evening.
Reports reaching The Web Story/The Varmul Post said that two women were critically injured after they were hit by a speedy Tata mobile bearing registration number JK01AS/4824 at Gagangeer area of Ganderbal this evening.
Both the injured women were immediately taken to PHC Kullan Gund, where doctors declared them dead on arrival.
A local doctor at the PHC also confirmed this road mishap to The Web Story/The Varmul Post and identified the deceased as Zareefa, wife of Nisar Ahmad Mir, and Sabreena, wife of Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, both residents of Gagangeer.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of this road mishap.
