Srinagar,Oct 31 : Aala Cabs has taken to the roads as the first-ever app-based cab service in Jammu and Kashmir. 

This innovative venture aims to provide unparalleled convenience, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and a harmonious blend of luxury and affordability for local commuters.

Aala Cabs has obtained the highly sought-after Taxi Aggregator License under the recently enacted SO 453 of the Motor Vehicles Taxi Aggregator Rules, which came into effect on August 29, 2023.

In an interview with The Web Story, Basit Qayoom, the Managing Director of Aala Cabs, unveiled the official launch of their trailblazing service after a successful week-long trial period on Monday.

Initially available in the districts of Srinagar, Budgam, and Ganderbal, Aala Cabs plans to rapidly expand its coverage to other regions of Kashmir and Jammu Division in the near future.

He said that we started service with an aim of bridging the gap between luxury and affordability, Aala Cabs promises a seamless and delightful mobility experience for its customers from the moment they book a cab till they reach their destination.

Basit while emphasizing their commitment to customer satisfaction, stated that Aala Cabs operates 24/7, ensuring round-the-clock availability for passengers to book a cab at their convenience, be it day or night.

Hs said Aala Cabs has already registered over 350 vehicles, and we will extend our services to various other parts of Kashmir soon.
