Sopore : In a noble gesture, the KIE institution in Sopore distributed five wheelchairs to the sub-district hospital on Monday for the betterment of patient care in the town.
Present on the occasion were Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore, Shabir Ahmad Raina, BMO Sopore, Dr. Zulufkar Hussain, and the faculty of KIE.
Speaking to The Web Story, ADC Sopore Shabir Ahmad Raina expressed his appreciation for the efforts of KIE institution in not only providing quality education but also serving people in other sectors.
He commended the young and energetic individuals who came forward to help the sub-district hospital by providing wheelchairs, which will benefit the people in the town.
Director KIE Sopore, Khalid Mehraj, told The Web Story that the institution has been in the field of education for twenty years. However, after witnessing the efforts and dedication of ADC Sopore, they decided to extend their help to the people for their welfare.
