New Delhi, Sep 17 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday expressed heartfelt gratitude for the wishes, affection and blessings poured in from across the country on his birthday, saying every word of warmth gives him renewed strength to serve the people.
In a post on X, PM Modi said, “My heartfelt gratitude for the wishes, affection and blessings that have poured in from all across. Every word of warmth is deeply cherished and gives me renewed strength to serve our people.”
He also appreciated everyone engaged in ‘Seva’ activities throughout the day, as BJP leaders, workers and supporters across the country marked the occasion with blood donation camps, cleanliness drives and welfare initiatives.
“I also appreciate everyone engaged in Seva activities throughout the day,” the prime minister said.
Urging citizens to sustain the momentum towards national development, Modi said, “Let us together continue to build a Viksit Bharat.”
Notably, The prime minister’s birthday is traditionally observed by the BJP as ‘Seva Saptah’ (Service Week), with party units organising a range of social welfare programmes nationwide.
