Iffat Bashir, a resident of Sidiq colony, Sopore, has emerged victorious in the face of adversity by securing an impressive 487 marks in her 12th-grade exams. Despite the untimely loss of her father during her 9th-grade year, Iffat’s unwavering perseverance and commitment to her studies have led her to this remarkable achievement.

According to BOSE, the total pass percentage includes 61 percent in boys and 68 percent among girl students.
BOSE said that a total of 12,763,6 candidates were enrolled for the exams in which 82,441 successfully qualified it.
As per data available total of 65,519 male candidates appeared in the examination out of which 40, 045 qualified, and among the female students, a total of 62,116 candidates appeared in the exams out of which 42,395 qualified it.
In the exams, a total of 27,272 students have registered distinctions including 11,283 male students and 15,988 female students.
First division was bagged by 36,393 candidates including 18,685 male students and 17,708 female students respectively.
