Handwara, April 28: A retiring official on Tuesday expressed profound gratitude towards colleagues and staff of the Indoor Stadium Handwara for organising a heartfelt retirement programme, terming it an “emotional and proud moment.”

In a statement issued here, the retiree specially thanked Administrative Officer Javid ul Rehman for his presence at the event, saying it “added great value” to the occasion.

The former official also acknowledged the efforts of Ajaz Sahab, Nahida, Mudsir, Bilal, Mushtaq, and Nizam for their dedication and coordination in making the event successful. “Your hard work did not go unnoticed,” the statement read.

The entire stadium staff was also commended for their teamwork and cooperation, reflecting a “strong sense of unity and respect” within the institution.

“This day will remain close to my heart forever,” the retiree said, extending thanks to one and all for making the farewell meaningful.
