Company Assures All Other Products Are Safe, Collaborating with Food Department in Investigation
Baramulla, Oct 06: SNOWDROP, a packaged drinking water company based in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district issued a formal statement on Monday to address misinformation surrounding a product image circulating online.
In a statement issued to The Web Story, the company clarified that the image pertains specifically to its 2-liter pack, Batch No. 0062, manufactured in March 2025. The company proactively retrieved this particular batch from the market, and it is now nearing its expiration date. SNOWDROP confirmed that no remaining stock of this batch is currently available for sale.

The company explained that the recent notice from the Food Department is a standard procedural measure designed to ensure that any residual stock, if discovered, is promptly removed from retail shelves.
SNOWDROP further assured all customers that all other products currently on the market are safe for consumption and fully comply with the company’s stringent quality standards. The company is actively investigating the matter in full coordination with the Food Department.
