Former J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President Ghulam Ahmad Mir urged people to come forward and participate on a large scale in the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra as it neared its final few hundred kilometres.

This yatra is scheduled to enter J&K by the 20th of this month.

As per The Web Story, Mir, while addressing people in the southern region of Kashmir on Saturday, urged people to come forward to support the Congress Party in its endeavours and commitment to ensure dignified lives and justice for the people of J&K.

Mir said the Bharat Jodo Yatra is the greatest initiative of Rahul Gandhi to overcome hate politics and get rid of the wrong and divisive policies confronting the nation.

Pertinently, Kashmir’s political leaders have declared their support for the long march.
