Pattan, Jan 26 : A 20-year-old youth died while playing cricket in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.
Local reports told The Web Story/The Varmul Post that a youth in his twenties, identified as Suhaib Ahmed, son of Mohd Yaseen, suddenly collapsed unconscious while running to bowl during the cricket match in the Hanjiwera Pattan playground.
He was promptly taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.
The police have taken notice of the incident and are currently working to determine the exact details of what transpired.
Meanwhile, the entire area was in shock upon hearing the news of the sudden demise of a young boy.
