Baramulla, Oct 06: In a significant anti-encroachment drive, several kanals of prime State land under illegal occupation have been retrieved in Baramulla district.
According to Govt statement, The land, which was allegedly under unauthorized occupation, is situated in a prime location and is estimated to be worth crores of rupees. The eviction was carried out as part of the administration’s ongoing efforts to safeguard government land and prevent its unauthorized use and occupation.
The concerned authorities removed the illegal structures/occupation and restored the State land to government control. The action underscores the administration’s commitment to protecting public property and ensuring that valuable State land is not misappropriated or encroached upon.
