As we mark the third anniversary of the passing of our beloved Tanveer ul Ahad, and it is with a heavy heart that I write this message to commemorate his life and legacy. It still feels like yesterday when we lost him, and the pain of his absence remains as raw and poignant as ever.

Tanveer was more than just a colleague or mentor to me; he was a true friend who touched my life in countless ways. His unwavering passion for journalism and his dedication to the principles of truth, integrity, and compassion were an inspiration to us all.

He was a shining example of what it means to live a life of purpose and meaning, and his impact on the world will always be remembered.

I will always cherish the memories of the time we spent together, exchanging ideas, learning from each other, and growing both as professionals and as human beings. He had a way of making everyone feel at ease and valued, and his infectious smile and warmth lit up the room.

On this day, I want to express my gratitude for having known Tanveer and for the profound impact he had on my life. I miss him dearly, but I take comfort in the knowledge that his spirit lives on in the work we do and the lives we touch. He may no longer be with us, but his legacy of excellence, kindness, and service will endure forever.

Rest in peace, dear friend. You will never be forgotten.

With love and admiration,

Suhail Khan
