Delhi-based tour and travel company, Hamza, expanded its operations by inaugurating a new branch in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.
The official opening took place at Fruit Mandi Sopore after a formal function, which witnessed a significant turnout including former fruit Mandi presidents.
Shahzad Ahmad, the owner of Hamza tour and travels and a resident of Uttarakhand, shared the motive behind establishing this branch. He expressed his commitment to providing enhanced facilities and relief to Umrah and Hajj pilgrims in the region. Ahmad emphasized the company’s goal of offering personalized packages and eliminating the agent system, which often results in misinformation and exploitation of pilgrims.
By cutting out intermediaries, Hamza intends to create direct and transparent communication channels with their customers to ensure a hassle-free experience.
He said Shahnawaz Ahmad and Tawseef Ahmad both Kashmir residents will operate this branch at fruit Mandi Sopore.
Ahmad expressed admiration for the natural beauty of Kashmir and appealed to outsiders to visit and explore this picturesque side of the world.
He reassured potential travelers that Kashmir is a safe and secure destination, urging them to witness its charm firsthand.
With the opening of their new branch, Hamza aims to contribute to the tourism industry in Sopore while providing quality services to Umrah and Hajj pilgrims, enhancing their overall experience.
