Ganderbal, Oct 23: Security forces on Wednesday recovered M4 rifle from the terror side in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district where seven labourers among one doctor was killed on Sunday evening.

Top sources told The Web Story/The Varmul Post that
The US-made M4 carbine has been recovered from the site, however, the operation of mixed forces has entered into three consecutive days on Wednesday.

Sources said that a team of NIA scoured the scene for crucial evidence as the Army, CRPF, and police units spread out across the hills surrounding the construction area to track down the preparators and their accomplices involved in one Ganganger terror attack on non-local laborers in the valley.

Sources said that CCTV footage from the area is also being scrutinized, and besides security agencies, more than 50 suspects have been called for questioning as part of investigations into this deadly attack.

A senior police officer told The Web Story/The Varmul Post that “We will get them (terrorists) sooner or later. We have picked up several suspects for questioning, but no one has been arrested so far.

Permanently, the Leutnent Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, said that the brutal and savage attack against construction workers will be avenged. I’ve asked the J&K Police and security forces to exact a price that will be remembered by the terrorists and their associates for time to come, he added.
