Srinagar, Mar.01 : The Jammu and Kashmir Police Headquarters has rewarded citizens and police personnel who played a crucial role in curbing the social menace of fraud.

An official told The Web Story that the Ganderbal Police successfully dismantled a gang of cheaters and fraudsters with the help of timely information provided by citizens.

The official said In recognition of their efforts, the police headquarters awarded cash prizes to these individuals.

He said this act of gratitude and appreciation has been widely lauded by the general public.

The official said that the JKP acknowledges and salutes the efforts made by these citizens and police personnel in protecting innocent people from falling victim to large-scale frauds.

Pertinently, This initiative not only highlights the importance of community participation but also serves as a reminder to all members of society to remain vigilant against illegal and unethical activities.
