No Major Weather Disturbances Until December End
Srinagar, Dec 23 : Light rain and light snowfall are expected at a few places in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir today, according to the independent weather forecaster Kashmir Weather.
The forecast predicts mostly cloudy conditions with light rain and snow in specific areas of J&K today, especially in the next few hours.
In the past 8 hours, as anticipated, some parts of Jammu and Kashmir experienced light rain and snow. Few areas of Shopian and Kulgam received very light snow, though no accumulation was observed on the ground.
Furthermore, the forecast mentions that there will be no significant Western disturbances until the end of December.
