Kupwara, July 18: Two militants were killed as security forces foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday.
An official told The Web Story/The Varmul Post that in a joint operation carried out by the Army and police in the Keran sector, two infiltrating militants have been killed so far.
The official further said that the operation in the woods along the Line of Control is still ongoing.
Pertinently, in just a month, three highly trained militants were slain in the same district.
